About Sundance Plumbing Co
Sundance Plumbing Co was formed in 1978 under Contractor License 339906.
As with most new contractors, work was primarily residential service and repair, and new construction on residential custom homes. Eventually residential remodeling projects led to small tracts of houses, condominiums and apartment buildings. Soon the work moved more toward light commercial tenant improvements and strip centers.
In 1984 Sundance Plumbing Co completely phased out of new residential construction plumbing, and turned its attention entirely toward commercial construction. We initially specialized in fast food restaurants. With a reputation for speed and quality, we found ourselves progressing to larger restaurants, grocery retail, commercial buildings and hotels
After encountering multiple problems with being mistaken with another company with the same name in a neighboring county, Sundance Plumbing Co incorporated in the State of California under the name of "Upper V, Inc." in June of 1999 with a new Contractor License of 777524.
As we've grown from residential to fast food restaurants to large commercial retail buildings and shopping malls, we at Sundance Plumbing Co strive to maintain our excellent customer service and quality. It is our goal to meet or surpass all construction schedules and have zero punch list items and/or warranty issues. If the need for warranty service should arise, Sundance Plumbing Co will make every effort to take care of the issue within a maximum 48 hours. It is our vision to have Sundance Plumbing Co become an industry leader in quality workmanship, new energy saving and "green" technologies and overall customer satisfaction.
